It is my pleasure to welcome you to the University of Nairobi Customer Experience Centre (CEC). The Department was officially commissioned on August 31, 2018 by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. P. M. F. Mbithi.
The University of Nairobi delights as the only University with a fully operationalized Customer Experience Centre dedicated to offering exceptional service to all the external and internal customers.
Little things matter, CEC dedicates itself to ensure that all customer correspondences are attended to their satisfaction.
We are open to serve our customers 24 hours, 7 days a week.
